USG air filters use high quality media with special designed pleat-lock to provide and maintain larger filtration surfaces that allow maximum utilization of media surfaces; thus increasing filtration efficiency. The beading process is being applied on all filters to ensure proper protection and alignment of pleats as well as preventing the pleat tip wear. Rust free coating is also used on all metal linings to prevent rusting due to moisture.

USG radial seal air filters use high grade polyurethane to provide superior sealing (leak-free) on radial housing. In most applications, the inner radial seal filter offers extra protection against dust.
