 AEC Special Edition piston rings use high strength ductile iron for its top ring/ compression ring for precise cylinder sealing and durability. The control rings are manufactured and designed along with the piston, effectively premitting lubrication of rings and pistons and the inner walls without oil migrating into the combustion chamber.
Liners within AEC range are carefully manufactured from high grade heat treated cast iron to ensure high hardness leve and long usage. AEC Special Edition liner materials are carefully selected and engineered to achieve extreme performance requirements.
