2014

12th May 2014, USG Products Sdn Bhd had also attained its ISO 9001:2008 accreditations on 12th May 2014. This accreditation speaks for itself on the quality assurance of the company"

27th May 2014, Triumphal Associates Bhd had privatized on 27th May 2014. We believe that we could better room and hand to focus and invest more to our production technologies and R&D after this restructuring.

2011

On 1st April 2011, Triumphal Group had merged the Tawau and Lahad Datu branches of Triumphal Machinery Spare Parts Sdn Bhd "TMS" into Triumphal Equipment Spare Parts Sdn Bhd "TESP". This merger grants a bigger and stronger portal for both the customers and the company. The company could manage all the six (6) branches better in terms of cost effectiveness and work efficiency. While, the customers could have additional sources to ensure all needs are met.

2010

November 2010, Triumphal Precision Engineering (ZheJiang) Ltd pound to announced that it had obtained the Quality Management System Standard certification, i.e. GB/T1900-2008 idt ISO 9001:2008 for its undercarriage products, i.e. Track Rollers, Idlers, Sprockets and Track Shoes.

2009

February 2009, Triumphal Precision Engineering (ZheJiang) Ltd again obtained another Quality Management System Standard certification, i.e. GB/T1900-2008 idt ISO 9001:2008 for GET.

2008

13th December 2008, Triumphal Associates Bhd being awarded the "SME Achievers award".

2007

December 2007, Triumphal Precision Engineering (ZheJiang) Ltd had obtained its Quality Management System Standard certification, i.e. GB/T1900-2008 idt ISO 9001:2008 for Floating Seal.

2006

The Group has acquired a land (area of 50,000 sqm) in Tongxiang, ZheJiang for the purpose of setting up the China HQ and manufacturing backbone facility for the Group. Wuhan and Beijing operations were transferred to ZheJiang.

2005

- The listing of the entire shares of TAS was successfully transferred to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has further enhanced the Group's prestige and reputation in the market.

- TAS Group has set up its Guangzhou’s branch and sales outlet to serve the China market better.

2004

The group spreaded its wings to international markets through acquisition of two (2) overseas companies, USG Products (F.E) Pte Ltd ("USG Singapore") and M.T.T.S. Pte Ltd ("MTTS") which has 3 wholly owned subsidiaries in China, namely:-
1) USG Far East International Trading (Shanghai) Ltd (Incorporated on 21st February 1995 in China)
2) Beijing USG Machinery Co Ltd (Incorporated on 11th October 1996 in China)
3) Wuhan Shengchang Machinery Co Ltd (Incorporated on 21st August 1996 in China)

2000

The Group has integrated its wholesale operations and distribution networks throughout the country with real time inventory management system in year 2000. Wide Area Network (WAN) was implemented to improve inventory management efficiency.

1999

TESP has established another branch in Keningau on 15th June 1999 to serve its customers better.

1995

TAS was listed on the Second Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange on 27th October 1995.

1994

TESP has established another new branch in Bintulu to improve products delivery and service lead time.

1993

To meet the growing market in the region, a branch in Lahad Datu was set up by TMS.

1992

TAS KL office was established in order to enhance its market distribution in the central, nothern and eastern parts of the Peninsular. This location also facilitated shorter delivery lead time to East Malaysia by sea and by air.

1988

TAS was appointed as the Exclusive Distributor in Malaysia by Berco S.p.A of Italy, the world's largest manufacturer of undercarriage widely used for heavy equipment.

Meanwhile, TES's spare parts business was consolidated to TAS to boost management efficiency and complement TAS's undercarriage business. Since then, TES has become inactive while TAS became a reputable dealer of spare parts for heavy equipment.

1984

• TAS commenced operation in marketing and distributing undercarriage parts for earth-moving equipment.

• Triumphal Machinery Supply Sdn Bhd ("TMS") was incorporated on 21st August 1984 with business operation in Tawau to provide marketing centre for its surrounding areas.

1981

Triumphal Industries Supply Sdn Bhd ("TIS") was incorporated on 22nd December 1981 with business activity in Kota Kinabalu to capture the market in Sabah.

1977

Triumphal Associates Bhd ("TAS") was incorporated on 25th May 1977 as an investment holding company.

1976

Triumphal Engineering Supply Sdn Bhd (“TES”) was incorporated in Johor Bahru to penetrate into heavy equipment spare parts. Its principal business activities ranged from importing to wholesaling and retailing of renowned brands’ parts.Progressively, TES engaged in Italian-made replacement tractor parts commonly used by renowned brands equipment. Its distribution network covers the whole Peninsular and East Malaysia.

1973

Triumphal Motor Co ("TMC") was incorporated in Segamat, Johor on 9th June 1973. Its principal activity consists of retailing of motor parts, accessories, machinery and hardware.
