For the purpose of our customized heat treatment processes, all materials are carefully selected so that the ultimate required mechanical properties of the products can be achieved.
We have facilities available that can cater for different types of h eat treatment requirements. It is worth to note that al heat treated products will go through a stress relieving process, i.e. tempering process, to optimize the mechanical property of each product. All the processes from furnace, quenching system to tempering furnace are all computer aided system, this ensure the consistency of each product. |
